Our wedding logisitcs packet has been developed over years of doing weddings, it’s the glue that holds everything together. It’s foundational magic. It’s how we bring our A game to your wedding and consistently deliver. From vendor details, to order of events, to music selection, mic announcements, and special moments, we’ve got every facet accounted for, except for maybe when uncle bob leaves his lights on, but we can help with that too.
Music that reflects you
Do you care more about the music you want to hear, or the music you think your guests will enjoy. Your answer doesn’t change our approach. We work for you. We’ll make suggestions as needed, and fill in any gaps with complimentary music, but ultimately we don’t deviate from what you want. If you want us to stick to just your list, not take requests, or appoint a designated person who can, no problem. We’re happy to make suggestions if needed, but we want to know what you like.
Professional equipment and back up plans
Though it’s not always the highest priority when someone is looking for a DJ, how the sound equipment functions and looks is important. We invest in quality gear that holds up well, sounds good, and we take the extra time to ensure cords are wrapped, hidden, and run as discretely as possible. Our cord game is on point, our set ups look clean, well organized, and professional. And should a piece of equipment malfunction, we’ve got back ups with us on site. In 20 years of doing weddings, we’ve never cancelled, been late to, or caused someones special day to run behind. If there is a true emergency and we can’t make it, we’ll provide a back up DJ.
An MC who knows when to speak, and more importantly when not to
Less is more on the microphone! The DJ has a lot of power at someone’s event. We have the microphone, which is the quickest way to communicate important information, but it’s also the easiest way to disrupt someone’s wedding. Attention seeking behavior has no place. A club DJ is meant to be a focal point, the center of attention. A wedding DJ is about efficiency, being in the background, allowing the music to do the speaking for you, and keeping the focus on the newlyweds. With our scripted timelines, 99% of what we say on the mic is written down days before the wedding ever happens. Clear, concise and efficient announcements are a top priority for us. Etiquette is everything. “At this time” and “ladies and gentlemen” are unnecessary, antiquated, and overused phrases. You won’t hear them from us. We've had years of public speaking experience and conduct ourselves professionally. You don't get a do-over on your wedding, we’ll ensure it’s done right the first time.
Everyone feels included
We’re here to serve you and your guests. Even when you don’t want us taking requests for music, there’s still a polite and respectful way to say no. When we’re dimissing tables for dinner, we don’t do it on the mic, we go up to each table, say a quick hello to your guests, and dismiss them in person, It’s more personal. And if we’re ever welcoming your guests on the mic, we have eliminated the word’s “ladies and gentleman” from our dialect. It’s easy to be welcoming and respectful without ever needing labels.

From helping coordinate a world tour with a celebrity, organizing a DJ event on Mount Everest, closing for a Grammy winner, and being a personal assistant, 20 years in the music and entertainment industry have taught us that great entertainment is about much more than playing the right song. You have other things to attend to, and need to be able to breath easy knowing you’re in good hands.
