Every package includes:
- 1 DJ/ MC (music and announcements.)
- 20-30 hours of wedding prep, one-on-one consultations, online wedding logistics packet, playlists, do-not playlists, and day of activities
- Scripted timeline (An itinerary of everything that will happen from the DJ’s perspective, including personalized announcements, name pronunciations, and event songs)
- Back-up gear and DJ: we always have backup speakers, music, and mics. And though we’ve never had to, we provide a backup DJ in an emergency.
- 3-4 hours early arrival for set-up. If we blow a tire or encounter traffic, no problem. We plan for that.

Travel & Hotel Fees:
Travel is $40 per hour and less than an hour each way is free. Including travel, the wedding day is generally a 12 to 14-hour day for us. For safety reasons, there is a $100 hotel fee for distances beyond 75 minutes.
Retainer:
Lock in your date with a 50% retainer due upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. Venmo, Cash App, Credit, Paypal, and check are accepted, All information, including the music, must be submitted no later than seven days before the wedding, preferably ten days. A $100 fee will apply for submissions under a week. There is a 4% fee for each PayPal and credit card transaction.

LED uplights are fantastic. They accent walls and tents beautifully, look better in photos, and are significantly smaller than traditional uplights - which are clunky and take up more space on the floor, which can be tricky when you’re trying to light columns next to chairs at tables.
Video Highlight Reel

We’ve been video editing for over twenty years and offer a fun, 15-minute video highlight reel from the dance segment of your event. This a good option if you aren’t working with a videographer or need backup video.
Overtime Fee

Wedding Rehearsal Attendance

If we’re available, we’re happy to attend your rehearsal, this is a great way to break the ice, meet the wedding party, and review any last-minute details.

Portable Ceremony Power
Price: $50
Battery-operated portable power is great for wedding ceremonies without access to power. We’ve also done weddings where 100-200 feet of heavy gauge extension cord was needed to power a ceremony set-up, no problem; we’ve got them. To skip the cords upgrade to portable power. Larger functions without power may require a generator.
Inverter Generator
Price: $75
Clean Sine Wave Inverter Generators are designed specifically with sensitive electronic equipment in mind, traditional generators can surge and fry a computer. Inverters are also quieter than traditional generators. We use a 7800-watt unit, which has always been plenty for weddings where multiple vendors need to plug in.

A special song made just for you.
We’ve had hundreds of song placements in film, television shows, and advertising campaigns, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Coke, Citibank, Toyota, The Wedding Year film trailer, and music supervision for the Olympics. We work with hundreds of artists and are happy to provide custom music for your special occasion. Our clients have the option of owning all the rights to their song too. Engraved lyric plaques are also available.
