Every package includes:
- 1 DJ/ MC (music and announcements)
- 10-20 hours of wedding prep before the wedding, including consultations, wedding packet and music collection, equipment load-out, and 1 hour of teardown.
- 3-4 hours early arrival for set-up. If we blow a tire or encounter a traffic jam, no problem. We plan for that.
- Scripted timeline (An itinerary of everything that will happen from the DJ’s perspective, including personalized announcements, name pronunciations, and event songs)
- Back-up gear and a backup DJ. In 20 years of DJing, we’ve never missed, been late to, or caused an event to run behind.

Package 3 - Jedi Master
6 Hours of DJ/ MC Service
Price: $2750

- Ceremony audio set-up, 2 lapel mics, 1 hand-held wireless microphone.
- 30-45 minutes of extra music for the prelude/ guest arrivals as needed.

Travel & Hotel Fees:
Travel is $50 per hour, and less than an hour each way is free. There is a $125 hotel fee for distances beyond 75 minutes.
Retainer and Transaction Fees:
Lock in your date with a 50% non-refundable retainer due upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. Venmo, Cash App, Credit, Paypal, and check are accepted. There is a 4% fee for each PayPal and credit card transaction. Your wedding packet must be completed no later than seven days before the wedding, preferably within ten days. A $100 late fee will apply if your packet isn’t complete within 5 days of the wedding.

If we’re available, we’re happy to attend your rehearsal, this is a great way to break the ice, meet the wedding party, and review any last-minute details.

Inverter Generator

Clean Sine-Wave Inverter Generators are designed specifically with sensitive electronic equipment in mind; traditional generators can surge and fry a computer. Inverters are also quieter than traditional generators. We use a 7800-watt unit, which has always been plenty for weddings where multiple vendors need to plug in.
